Busan Port Passenger Terminal built on Sumir Park on August 10, 1988 to provide a resting and waterfront area for passengers.
The name “Sumir” combines “su” (水; water) and “mir” (a dragon). Plenty of citizens visit the park to enjoy the facilities such as basketball court, youth’s physical training site, and playground. In front of the park, performances like hip-hop dances, participated in by younger crowds, will sometimes take place on Sundays.
How To Go There:
By train: Railway Station → Busan Train Station → Transfer to the subway and get off at the Jungangdong Station → Go out of Exit 12 and walk 10 minutes.
